    Default Newbi from Pa

Have been plowing for years with a UTV (Polaris Razor). A buddy of mine rolled it over so with the insurance money I think I`m going to put a plow on my truck. There is a local Hiniker and Boss dealer in the area.Which do you prefer? Thinking of an 8` straight blade. Would love to have the 8`2 vxt but only getting enough cash for the straight. I have a 2008 Chevy 2500HD 4x4 Crew.

I don't know to much about Hiniker... I looked at one point into the 8' C-plow but can't seem to part with my V-plows.
What will you be doing most with it????
C-plow seems like it would be great for residential or commercial.

I have about 5 driveways I plow including my own. They are all within a half mile of my house except the mother in law. She`s a couple miles away. A newly married couple and 3 elderly ladies. I don`t get paid for them but hope to maybe pick up a couple more that might make a little $$.

Boss has a much better support network then Hiniker.

    Welcome,

what part of PA are you from? If your in the pittsburgh area you don't need a plow this year :need_snow

if the dealer network is in your area I would go get the hiniker c plow personally. I've checked it out at a few trade shows looked very well built and would be great for driveways. Really for all the more your doing though a straight blade would be more than adequate. Go for the better dealer of the two.

I`m friends with the Hiniker dealer. He`s going to give me a great deal on a 8` straight blade. I`m north on Pittsburgh. Clarion,Pa.
